THE MANAGEMENT
What's Included?
Each month we'll prepare financial reports that you can use to make strategic decisions in your business. We'll use these reports throughout the year to estimate tax payments and reduce surprise taxes due at filing.
Our team of experts will standardize your chart of accounts and keep all of your transactions properly categorized.

Investment starts at $1,500/month
Bookkeeping
We've got the numbers covered! All transactions will be categorized accurately on a weekly basis.
Reporting
All of the data that feeds into your financial systems (like Procare, Brightwheel, etc will be collected and reported so there are no surprises.
Taxes
We manage all of your estimated and annual tax filings, and all associated payments.
Proactive Tax Planning
We'll schedule Mid-year and Year-end tax planning sessions to make sure you're well prepared.
How It Works
KICKSTART
We will start with a kickstart call to introduce you to our processes, software, and next steps. You'll also meet your account manager, and we will set the foundation for the initial assessment that we'll work through for our first 60 days together.
ONBOARDING
For the first 8 weeks, we will have weekly calls to go through the different processes within your business.
We'll dig into your current processes, and provide feedback on best practices in order to set you up for success.
HANDOFF
Throughout the next period, we will take over the categorization and reconciliation of your transactions to prepare the first set of financials to lay the groundwork for your future future.
After the initial assessment, we'll continue with weekly bookkeeping and monthly financial reports.
