We have specific requirements for all clients to ensure we can collaborate smoothly and deliver the best possible service.

 

Unfortunately based on your responses, it seems like we may not be the right fit at this time.

We understand this might feel disappointing, but we want to be as transparent as possible. So to help, we’ve highlighted those specific requirements below.

Understanding Our Client Focus

To provide the best possible experience for our clients, we design all of our service offerings to suit a very specific business profile: US-based, childcare center owners that file as sole proprietors, LLCs, or S-corps that are operating out of a commercial space.

What We Expect from Our Clients

We also ask that clients be caught up on annual tax prep before signing on for service, are using Xero or willing to make the switch, and don’t own multiple businesses outside of the childcare industry (although holding companies are okay).

Requirements for CareFull Tax Suite Service

Finally, if you’re interested in our CareFull Tax Suite service, we require that you have a bookkeeper - whether it’s someone you already work with or you have us take them over.
